I have set up a header. I want to number my pages. I use the page number tool to insert 1 in the first page header, but none of the other pages are numbered. What am I missing.
In the Format menu > Page Style > Header (tab ) do you have “Same content on first page” and “Same content on left and right pages” checked? If not, check these and see if this fixes your problem.
