Offline help not opening on Dell Desktop

I have LibreOffice 24.8.2.1 and the HelpPack installed on two computers, a Dell XPS-8960 Desktop and an MSI GS76 Stealth Laptop. Both have intel i9 processors with 64 GB of memory on the Dell and 32 GB of memory on the MSI. On the MSI, F1 opens the help file just fine in both Writer and Calc. On the Dell I just get a black screen entitled NewHelp0.html in both Writer and Calc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both LibreOffice 24.8.2.1 and the HelpPack but that hasn’t helped. I use Edge as my browser on both.
