On default of Libre Office, the Web Wizard does not seem to be available, can I install… how? Thanks.
It seems that Libre Office do not support the ‘Web Page’ wizard - this is a standard feature for OpenOffice but it is not available for LibreOffice … at least this is my understanding.

The feature exists on really old versions of LibreOffice. It was removed for being outdated
they should bring it back but i cant do that and neither can you,so…
If you need this you may use a parallel install of an older LibreOffice from the archive. As the feature was removed in 5.4 search for 5.3
