One system finds Avery labels, another doesn't

I have LibreOffice 6.2 installed on two different machines. One finds large numbers of Avery labels in the Avery Letter Size option in the labels dialog box (File>New>Labels LabelsBrand). The other system only displays labels in the 4000’s (which ironically my other system does not show).

Both have the same labels.xml file in the /usr/lib/libreoffice/share/labels/ directory, so I am at a loss as to why one will not display the avery labels in that .xml file when the other does.

Both are running Linux Mint 19.1. One is a Desktop system running on an AMD 2700x with 32GB RAM, the other is a HP Pavillion 15.6 inch laptop running on 8GB RAM.

Any ideas?

You must have different selection of Format there (Continuous vs Sheet).
