only numbers in all libre office components are displaying in different language

1. Version 3.6.2.2 (Build ID: 360m1(Build:2)), English Language , all components
2. ubuntu 12.10 , English language

In this screenshot:

… check the option at the very bottom for Complex Text Layout (CTL). Then under Language Settings > Complex Text Layout > General options change the Numerals entry to “Arabic”. It may be that the text in the document is being set to CTL type.
