Open RTF file and consumes all ram and cpu and close program

I have one rtf document of 97 KB size, when open with libreoffice 5 or 6 (latest) into windows or linux, start consume all ram (12 GB) and CPU (4), inhibiting and finally close the program.

The same file, I opened in openoffice and word 2013 and performed normally.

What can be done to resolve the problem.

If we can’t see the file, it’s a little difficult to help with the minimal information you have provided.

Please test on open as ‘Rich text’, selecting the type file, in the list of text files, and also in the list of spreadsheet files.
