Optimal column width breaking a word into two

here is the test file.
if you do select all - format - columns - optimal width - select add default value

then the column E with the content “stuffing date” gets broken into “stuffin g date” .
shouldnt this be fixed? should optimal width ensure that no words gets broken apart?

⇒ Rightclick ⇒ Format Cells ⇒⇒ Alignment ⇒ Wrap text automatically
(repeat ⇒ columns ⇒ optimal width )
