Order a list of %'s automatically

Is there a way to automatically order the %'s as they show up in the “% allocated” columns?? This is the setup:

I tried adding an automatic filter but the % results become screwed up. The second sheet is a dynamic table and I don’t really know how it works because someone uploaded it here.

Maybe you are searching for menu Data - Sort.

But sorting isn’t automatic. The idea is that you enter an amount of € in “Allocated” then it automatically sorts it depending on the “% Allocated” and the rest of columns follow.

IMHO you will need a macro to do the sort.
