Page Orientation problems

I can find the page layout in the page style sidebar. I can even change some pages to landscape and keep others in portrait, however I cannot change the one I want to landscape without changing other seemingly random pages also to landscape, or changing the whole document to landscape.

I can’t work out why it is behaving like this.

seemingly random pages also to landscape

If you alter a page style, then all pages using that page style will also be altered.

There exists already a page style called Landscape.

Let’s say that you are in Default Page style and you want the next page to be landscape.

1. Click at the very end of the Default page, then click Insert - Break - More breaks - Manual break
2. In the dialogue, select Landscape and OK
3. At the end of your landscape pages (physically you will need 2 pages if printing) insert another manual break to revert to Default page style.
