I push the button from 0,00 to 0,10 cm, but it jumps around 1 cm… can’t figure out what is wrong. Please see the pic.
The screenshot is largely insufficient to diagnose the issue. At least, you should have enabled View>Formatted Marks.
In which paragraph was the cursor when you changed the parameter? Have you enabled some “grid alignment” in either the page style or a paragraph style?

You have activated “grid-alignment” which means lines can be set only on lines of this “grid”, which are spaced 1.15 “units” apart.
In Default Page Style page style, checkbox Use page line-spacing is ticked and the Reference Style is set to Text Body.
Your Text Body paragraph style is set for 1.15 lines spacing, which defines the step for the grid. Checkbox Activate page line-spacing is also ticked.
To recover free vertical spacing (unless you need it elsewhere due to house typographical rules), untick both checkboxes.
