Pasting text from Calc to notepad/forum gives me big spaces between texts - How to avoid/disable that?

When i copy text from a particular row in Calc and paste it into i.e Notepad or a fourm, there are big spaces between the text i input in column A vs the text in column B, C etc.

HOW do i prevent the massive spaces from happening? I want to be able to have the text presented normally, without the big spaces.

Here’s how it looks in calc and when i paste that text into notepad: Album — Postimages (2 different pictures)

Any ideas on that? Thank you!

After pasting the text in Notepad, select and copy a tab space (blue in the following image)

Then press Ctrl+R (menu Edit - Replace); the Search field (Buscar in the screenshot) will show the tab in blue.

Type a space in the Replace field, and press Replace all.

You can do this in Writer also, similar to the NotePad++ Replace dialog screenshot provided by @vib.

Note that copy from Calc Sheet into a Text Editor will result in Tab Delimited results.

The → in this screenshot indicates tabs.

Depending on how much data you need to work with you have a few options.
First simply use a better text editor and replace tabs with spaces.

Find and replace with a better text edior.
This following example is using NotePad++

Another options if you have lots of data to deal with is to export as csv setting the delimiter as a space or whatever you need.

Calc File → Save As

csv file contents
"My text > H o1.5ml" 2.18 "> C o8.5" 1.50 "> H 02.5 ml" 4.90

Hope this give you a solution.
