I create form in PDF for filed it after by user. It’s just input form. I use not standard font in my comp and want that PDF users use them after. But they don see them. Just something standard Arial or something. But in normal text it’s OK I see my font without problems. Look like font was implemented in PDF, but… I need this functionality.
In the PDF export dialog, you have a checkbox to choose to embed the non standard fonts you are using in your documen in the pdf.
It’s marked as checked already. If it would not so, then “solid text” can’t be read by other users. Forms have no such reaction as “solid text”. Other words - it’s not work for Forms.
Hi @VitaliyAT, If you’ve enabled the feature to embed fonts and the fonts aren’t actually being embedded, then that sure sounds like a bug to me! Please file a bug about this problem. The QA team will be happy to help you track down this issue! Thanks!
I worked with this feature and you can only display the non-standard fonts in a PDF reader but they are not installed on the target system to be used.

@horst – Please clarify: If I understand you correctly, you’re saying that if one embeds fonts in a PDF, a recipient of that PDF cannot use one of the embedded fonts in an input field when filling out the document. Is that right?
@qubit1 yes thats right. They are only for display and there isn’t even the full font embedded only the needed characters.
Give it a try by checking PDF / A-1a in the Export as PDF menu.
Not support transparency, plus can’t get any working forms (for type, like input) at all.
Hi @VitaliyAT,
Per our comments above:

VitaliyAT – I’m not sure if it’s possible per the PDF spec to embed a font so it can be used to fill out the form[1], but you could file an enhancement bug and see if the devs think it’s possible.
Good luck!
[1] It seems like it might be possible (???)

“non standard fonts” (that’s the fonts which are not in the top section of your font selection list in the field properties) must be fully embedded in order to be usable in fields"
