When I have one picture and click “Width 115%” and “anchor to paragraph” the picture is almost to the right end of my paper.
But how can I use this same area with 2 pictures next to each other?

You could try setting “Anchor As Character” for both pictures.
Thank you very much. Both pictures are set as “Anchor as character” already. With a width of 49% both pictures will fit next to each other in the paragraph area.
As soon as I change the width to 50% the picture will be on the next line of the paragraph area…
