I’m trying to plot a time series using a pivot table.
When plotting directly from the pivot table it seems to just use the dates as labels and not adjust the spacing of the x axis.
While just copy pasting the pivot table data into another sheet and graphing from there produces the desired spacing.
Is this a bug or is there some setting I’m missing?
Choose chart type “x-y-scatter” instead of line chart.

Make sure that your dates are not text.
in the data they aren’t. and like I said just copy pasting the data and plotting from there does it right
