I am trying to print multiple pages per sheet but on my Mac the Print Layout tab does not appear when I use CMD + P.
Only the basic options are visible.
Does anyone know how to solve?

Which version of LibreOffice are you talking about? (That’s definitely not the print dialog of a version 7 LibreOffice).

I tested with version 7.1.3 and 7.0.6 and this print dialog box also appears.
Try in LibreOffice Safe Mode (Help -> Restart in Safe Mode). If that shows a different print dialog, most probably your LibreOffice needs to be reset to factory settings, which could be also performed via Help -> Restart in Safe Mode.
I found the problem! I have to use the Show Details option and more Inclusive Layout options will appear.
In any documentation I found on the internet it showed that way, in all the tabs of options are at the top.
edit: As my language is Portuguese Brazil the Show Details button is what appears on the first print as “Mostrar Detalhes”
