My os is Windows 10. I trying to print out on an HP Officejet 5212. I am a new church treasurer. All the financial info is in Excel format on a thumb drive. Everything works fine except when I print. When I try to print out a the Treasurer’s report, it gives me 6 pages. How can I get it to print out one page landscape? The previous treasurer could do this with her Excel program.

Choose menu Format - Page…, and change Orientation in the Page tab:
and adjust Scaling mode in the Sheet tab.
