(Version 24.8.3.2) Click print, looks good
Change printer, or select specific page, no good
If you can, compare the preview in the print dialog box between the two images.
The calendar on page 4 seems to be split between two columns of the previous calendar and a partial next calendar. It doesn’t look as if you have set the full print range, nor page breaks.
Click View > Page Break and drag the breaks to where you want them. Make sure you include the whole of your data by dragging the boundary out to the right to cover it. See also Format > Print Range
That’s what I mean. It’s fine until I change the page number to be printed, or change the printer destination. Note the difference between the two images. That is the same print dialog box and all I did was make one of the changes that I mentioned… I didn’t cancel the print and do it again, I got an image immediately after clicking “print” and another image immediately after I changed the page number to print. It makes changes in the spreadsheet AFTER the print dialog box is up. I’ve never seen this before.
Is it Windows 11 or HP Prodesk, or a bug? Or perhaps it’s a SETTING in Windows, or the print drivers.
The image tells very little. Do you have a sample document that you can share?
These are the print preview in the print dialog box. The left is just opened, the right is after selecting another printer and selecting page four. All four pages are identical.
A picture is not a sample.
To repeat myself also, did you try:
Yes, I have printed hard copy and it changes the print range or the size after I select a different printer and a specific page… I end up with seven pages of a four page document. This is the same spreadsheet that I’ve had for many years, but I just got a new HP Prodesk with Windows 11. Windows 10 worked perfectly. Perhaps it’s a combination of two or more changes in the system and not LibreOffice.
Here is a screen shot of page break view. The breaks are exactly where they’ve been since I made the sheet.
I think its Windows 11. I even tried the previous version of LibreOffice on this new PC and it did the same thing.
Try setting the orientation to Landscape in the print dialogue.

CalcPrintSheetRotate.ods (22.5 KB)
That is landscape, always has been.
Funny thing… it looks great in print preview, all 4 pages are perfect.
Another funny thing, if I do it two or three times, it finally works normal, without doing anything else or changing anything. LOL
In the Print dialogue set it to Landscape, not Automatic as your screenshot shows.
Hmmm. That worked! It goes back to automatic when I print for a second time. So it’s fighting the printer setting of landscape with the automatic orientation setting. Well, now I know.
Thank you!
Try saving the document after it has printed successfully.

Yes, I always save it.
