Print page size does not match page size set in document

I set my document size to be 4.25” x 5.50”. When I print it, the print preview shows 4.00” x 6.00”. Why the change?

may be the impression prewiew show the size in “printer settings”?

You might need to add your custom paper size to your printer’s driver list of custom sizes

Ernest,

Thank you for your response.

I have opened the ppd and ppd.O files and there is nothing in those files, so nothing to change.

Do you have any more ideas on what or where to check?

Thank you for your response.

I do not understand what you are asking.

  • You can set the dimensions of the page of the document,
  • And you can set the dimensions of the paper used by the printer

Have you set the same dimensions for the paper in the printer?

  • I do not know if the print preview is the result of printer paper settings
