Printing a Spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet with 150 lines. When I try to print it, it only prints the first 25 lines. How do I get it to print all the lines? Do I have to set Print Area as in Excel? If so, how?

See if Defining Print Ranges on a Sheet is helpful.

Yes David, it worked. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for your help.

Like everything else in life, it’s easy if you know how.

… to read the documentation

I found the Help function a bit difficult to use, compared to Microsoft Office.

Maybe it could be revamped a bit.

I searched for “set print area” and nothing came up.

Better to search for the simplest word, Print and look at the suggested links.

For more structured help, you might like to download the Calc Guide from English documentation | LibreOffice Documentation - LibreOffice User Guides

Thanks, I have done that.

Geoff

I usually use google for searching
Libreoffice calc set print area

Or to find only help files:
calc set print area site:"help.libreoffice.org"

Thanks Wanderer.
