Printing from IDE gives empty pages

When I try to print a BASIC module from the IDE I get only empty pages. The only thing that is printed is the name of the file. This happens when printed to a printer and to pdf. An example:
resultaat.pdf (23.6 KB)

Libreoffice version 7.6.2.1 on Ubuntu 22.04.3

You are right. Isn’t a Base problem, seems to be a problem of printing process. Preview will show the content, but printing will be without any procedure with LO 7.6.2.1 on OpenSUSE 15.4 64bit rpm Linux. Doesn’t work also in LO 7.1.5.2. Seems to be an old bug. But I don’t find any bug description for this in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/ . Could you write a bug?

Found the bug: bug 78049
Printing will run - but all content will be printed white in front of white background. You could test this with a pdf-viewer like Okular: Content could be copied. If your system isn’t a Linux system it might be another bug.

Thank you RobertG.
Now that I know that the characters are there but in the wrong colour I can simply solve my problem by printing it to pdf, open it in writer, select the text and change the font colour.
I see that you have found the bug so I suppose that it is no longer necessary for me to write another bug.

Your pdf looks fine here ( openend with EBookreader »Bookworm« on debian 12 )

ps. open with »qpdf« or »libreoffice-Draw« results in white fontcolor with white background :confounded:

Thank you for your reply. RobertG told me already that it is a bug and I found another way by opening the pdf with writer and changing the font color.
