I am using version 7.3.2.2 and am trying to print selected items on separate pages, each with the same header. I am able to print the items; however, cannot seem to find how to set up the header. I did turn it on but now am trying to figure out how to type in the info and have it save within the document, to print with each page. Hope this makes sense–I did look through the forum but did not find an answer for this version. Thank you.
Neither of those links helped–I had already checked there. However, I did figure it out. First select the contents desired to be printed; click Menu, Format, Page Range, Define. Then click Print Preview, then “format page,” then for footer, click footer–ON; for header, click header–ON. Previously used headers and footers for that specific document should now show up. However, it seems I need to do it for every so many print jobs (I’m printing about 30 different sets of info from one doc); although in one session, it does seem to eventually remember for that document but not always. Print Preview should always be used so you can see if it is working correctly.
