Printing only a selected sheet

I have a workbook (in .docx format) with several sheets. When I try to print only one selected sheet to PDF format, it creates a single PDF file with ALL the sheets included as separate pages of the pdf. How can I print only one selected sheet?
Thanks in adance to whoever helps me!

Thanks for the FAQ link, but I couldn’t find an answer to my specific question there, that is why I raised this query in this forum.
I would like to repeat my question. Whenever I try to print (to pdf) any one selected sheet of the workbook, the result is a multi page pdf with ALL the worksheets. I also enable the “Selection” option in the print dialog.
It is frustrating to manully remove all the superfluous pages from the pdf document after creation.

We understand correctly that this is
Menu / File / Export as PDF... ?

Yes, it is an “Export” problem. If I use the normal “Print” command and choose “Microsoft Print To PDF” or any other print driver which can create pdf’s, then the resulting pdf contains only the selected sheet. Is it a bug?

Please specify the format (.docx is not processed by Calc).

That is not the critical point.
Export dialogue uses its own settings. If you just use the pdf-button on the toolbar, you bypass this dialogue an use “your” last settings. Therefore the question:

If you have not done before, try via the menu and check the settings there.
.
Then we have the problem of .docx being a file for Word/Writer usually, so we can not be sure if you are really in Calc:

In Writer you would have pages, not several sheets… But somebody could have a docx-file with (imported) tables…

Not enough clear information from you, but I’d say unlikely. I’ve used the requested feature for Calc often on several versions, but this will rule out neither bugs in your (unknown) version/OS nor pebkac.
