problem numerating images

Good morning everyone,

i already have set a custom Auto Caption for numerating pictures and tables via “Tools” → “Option” → “LibreOffice Writer” → “Auto Caption”, but i have a problem:

In my “book” i have “level 1 chapter” numerated by letters, “level 2 subchapter” and “level 3 sub-subchapter” numerated by numbers.

Now the autocaption show me only level 2 and level 3, but not the level one; to be clear it should show me something like B-2.1.<number of picture> but it’s just showing 2.1.<number of picture>. I didn’t encounter this problem with math formulas number and custom page number (i mean, for example, page “B-1”)

Was the numbering set through Tools>Chapter Numbering?

For best advice, attach a sample file (max 2 pages) to your question. Do that editing it and using the paperclip tool.
