I keep weather records on a calc speadsheet. Each month has two columns one for the daily low temperature and one for the high. Within each column I have set conditonal formatting to highlight the lowest temperature of the month in blue and the highest in red. It has gone wrong and now highlights the lowest in blue but also highlights (apparenlty) random other entries in blue. If I try to alter the font in the rogue individual cells to black it doesn;t respond but remains blue.
The formulae I use are A3=MIN(A$3:A$33) and A3=MAX(A$3:A$33)
try make follow for your min temperature (delete all manual formatting from cells in ranges):
select your range and set this condition:
Cell value is - bottom 10 elements - 1, with blue color style for it
and for max temperature select your range and set this condition:
Cell value is - top 10 elements - 1, with red color style for it
