Problem with Print dialog and GNOME Desktop Environment Universal Access accessibility

Searching around it appears others have the same problem.
I am running LibreOffice Version: 6.4.6.2
Build ID: 1:6.4.6-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

With GNOME Desktop Environment Universal Access accessibility Large Print set to on I cannot see fully the print window especially the bottom 3 buttons.

However, if I switch the GNOME Desktop Environment Universal Access accessibility Large Print to off, I can see the buttons.

A vertical scrollbar would resolve the problem, and I think this is what has been done.
Should I simply wait for this to trickle through in an update or can I do something now to fix? What are the simple exact steps?
Would it be a good idea to just add the LibreOffice ppa and install 7.0?
