Problems Upgrading 3.6.1 to 3.6.2

I am having problems upgrading LibreOffice 3.6.1 to 3.6.2. The operating system is Windows 7. The installation Wizard fails gives the following error message:

The Following applications are using files that need to be updated by this setup.
Close these applications and click retry to continual.

Intel(R) Dynamic Application Loader Host Interface Service
Intel(R) Management and Security Application User Notification Service.

I have rebooted the PC and have uninstalled LibreOffice 3.6.1. The problem still persists. I can reinstall LibO_3.6.1_Win_x86_install_multi with no problems. But, LibO_3.6.2_Win_x86_install_multi fails everytime.

@manj_k Thank you for the information. I filed a bug report with Bugzilla. I didn’t see any previous reports. I this isn’t a duplicate.

I believe it a to be a bug that should be reported but I don’t know how. I don’t believe that I am the only person that has received this message. Yet, I haven’t found the problem listed. I received the same error message when I attempted to downgrade to version 3.5.7. I got around the problem by temporarily stopping the two services, Control Panel – Administrative Tools - Services

I overcame a similar problem by creating a short cut link on the desktop to the LibO_3.6.2_Win_x86_install_multi.msi file. I then closed all open applications and started the installation from the desktop short cut icon.

Yeah, I have this problem on fresh install of win7 64 bit. How disappointing that this fails at the first hurdle.
