Protect cells format on unprotected cells, when sheets are protected

Hi everyone,
I use macros in my calc. I protected my sheets, but I remark that the cells unprotected for user data entries we can change Format, insert comment etc. The user doesn’t need to use them, he can change my calc page on unprotected cells.
Do you have ideas to prevent this?

Maybe using form fields, linked to the cell.

@schiavinatto , Sorry, do you have an exemple, or youtube link? I don’t understand. Do I need a database? When I choose insert field → the choices are greyed out.
