Radio Buttons not working

I am fairly new to Libre Office Base.

I have created a table and a form for data entry into the table. For some reason out of 4 options on the radio button, only 2 are clickable, other 2 options on the radio buttons are not.

Help requested.

Radiobuttons are often used in groups. In this group only one value could be choosen. So without an example it isn’t possible to write a solution. Might be you better switch to checkboxes.
