How do I setup a network printer to work with Raspberry Pi 4
You don’t setup printers on hardware but on operating systems and Raspberry Pi 4 can run various operating systems. Hence you cannot expect to get a sound answer - even if somebody admits this question being related to LibreOffice - without telling the operating system running on your Raspberry Pi 4 hardware platform. From my perspective you should turn to the operation manual of the operating system running on your Raspberry Pi 4.
