How do I lock the drawing so that it does not constantly move from side to side or up and down?

Draw, Impress Modules : Protect Picture’s Position and Size
May I suggest that the option to Lock or Protect the picture inserted in Draw, Impress (PPT) to be display under the main Properties panel. As of version 6.3.5.2, it is parked under “More Options” under “Position and Size”.

Protect a picture’s Position and Size does only to protect it’s size and position, it doesn’t prevent it from getting deleted.
Why not a lock option to protect it from all kind of alteration?
