Really feeling stupid: can't find "options" option?

So, when I go to tool, I don’t see an “options” option…what am I doing wrong?

I am also having problems with the bullet spacing…I can indent them fine, but when I try to go back a level (move from sub-point back) it will move the bullet, but not the text

Maybe “Tools > Options does not exist on MacOS”

On a Mac you find the Tools / Option of Windows under:

• LibreOffice (just right to the top left Mac apple logo)
• then select Preference and you have all you need.
