Recording time spent on a Spreadsheet

Hi all,
Is there a simple way to record the time spent on Calc running under Windows 11? If so, how do I go about setting it up. It would be helpful if I could record the time spent on a particular spreadsheet file, rather than all Calc activity.

Each document has an editing time counter, see File → Properties and General (File properties) help.

That looks just what I want! Just reset time to zero, so I can record time from today onwards. Brilliant!
