Redbridge Libraries would like to install Libre Office to their public P.Cs. Is your licensing allowed for this?

Hi my name is Christine Thompson and I work for Redbridge Libraries in London. We have around 200 public PCs with Microsoft Office software. We would really like to install Libre Office as we are real advocates of it.

Before we do so our ICT team would like confirmation from your company that licensing is allowed?
