The version that is being distribute via APT does not work correctly.
Where can I find the current release of LibreOffice for Raspberry Pi OS (Debian ARM Bookworm) ?
Better yet, how do I tell APT to go get it and install it !

and works for me very well - which issues do have?
on a Rpi4 or Rpi5 with 8GB RAM you may try to install flatpak via apt:
sudo apt-get install flatpak
# and later
flatpak install flathub org.libreoffice.LibreOffice

which also works for me.
ps. furthermore there are snap-packages for ARM64 but IMHO would not go that way!
