Remove border in body of document

I am using LibreOffice v24.8. Each time I open any document there is a border around the whole document. I have attached a file showing the border. I have tried to change the default style, that does not work. I have tried changing the body style, does not solve the problem.

It is just a non-printing guide to show you where the margins are.
To turn it off, click View > Text Boundaries

Note: in LibreOffice 25.2 you can change the border outline to crop marks just at the corner. I would wait until 25.2 has a few more updates before upgrading though.
