My system specs is MacBook Air M2 with OS Monterey 12.5.1.
A few weeks ago, I downloaded LibreOffice_7.3.5_MacOS_aarch64.dmg from this website and installed and ran it. It worked and I even printed a test Word document. Then unexpectedly the application vanished, and for a few days strange folders would appear on my desktop and then disappear moments afterwords.
I have searched everywhere for this LibreOffice application without success, and even installed the reputed Clean My Mac app to try and track it down, but still no success. The .dmg file I downloaded is still in the computer’s bin.
I have a pending OS update, and I am reluctant to proceed until I remove the faulty LibreOffice app from the computer first.
I would be very grateful for any assistance.
