I attempt to insert fields from Insert > Field > Page number and Page Count. It appears on my documents not as a numeral, but as “Page number” and “Page Count” I tried “date” and the date does not appear, but “Date.” I also go to Libre Help about sections. It instructs me to go “Format > Section” yet there is no “section” on the drop down menu. Yesterday I attempted to removed anchored parts of a document. Sysphean Labor. How do I remove, easily anchored parts of a document.
Untick View>Field Names.

Windows 10, Libre Office - up to date 7.5,. and I guess by “save format” do you mean “libre office writer?”
Save format = .odt (native) or .doc(x) (foreign)
