On imac when trying to open new update it will not open it says RESOURCE BUSY

Same issue. LibreOffice is not open, restarted system after downloading 7.0.3, still not working

Found this fix and it worked for me…

  1. Go to Utilities folder in Finder
  2. Open Terminal
  3. Copy/paste this command: sudo xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LibreOffice.app
