Restrict TOC to level 3 only

I’m trying to do a summary of all the level three items in a document. I have created a Table of Contents, but I don’t see a way to restrict it to level three only - it captures all levels from 1-3. Level 3 has all the individual data, which within the document is subservient to the introduction (level1) and the topic (level 2).

Apart from chaning Level 1 and Level 2 to body text, Any suggestions?

When you create the index, uncheck the “outline” box, check “additional styles” and open the corresponding dialog (the the Assign Styles button) to select the paragraph style you need and “move” it, with the arrows at the bottom left, to the desired level.
