Rotated Header and Footer in Landscape

When I try use change manual break to change from portrait to landscape page style (document with multi page’s orientations), then I need insert again the header and footer, but the header and footer is not rotated.

How can I insert header in the right side when I use landscape orientation?

changing page orientation doesn’t change top / bottom / right / left.
Changing Page Orientation (Landscape or Portrait)

a.k.a. right margin.
depending what you want to do with it, you could go with a column, a text frame, etc …

also Rotating Text

Anchor a frame in the header, place the frame outside the text area in the (right hand) page margin, rotate the text (properties of character - can include page count field).

partially is a good answers,

but what about rotate tables?

You can put a single (or multi) column table, with as many rows as you desire, inside the frame. The rows will appear as columns for rotated text.

If you mean Writer tables (landscape orientation) fully spread over a page (text area) - you can’t rotate them.
As a workaround you may convert a Writer table in Draw into GDI format and then insert into Writer. Then the table is no more editable as a table but only as a graphic object. (I would not recommend that procedure.)

For using a table in case as asked above @EarnestAl’s sample file could exactly do the job. (The table is not rotated but only the characters.)
