I want to run Applescript from Calc Basic to email a worksheet of contacts. I m not a Mac expert, but am running El Capitan on a PC using VM Workstation Player. This is because I wan to test my workbook performs correctly on a Mac as well as a PC.
A little more background. I am converting 4 workbooks from Microsoft Office 2010. The workbooks need to run on both Windows and Mac machines. I do not want to re-program the workbooks, and would like to preserve backwards compatibility with Office 2010. Office 2010 allows one to run Applescript via the macscript Basic function, so I am looking for something similar in Calc Basic. Otherwise it is back to Office 2010 … !!!
Maybe you can do it with Writer.
