same image with a different crop on two machines

I have a user who has a slide in his impress file that has an image that is cropped, but if you pass that same file to me I see the image with a larger cropping.
We use Windows 7 and the free Office 5.4.6.2
because we see the same file as different?

Libre probably translates as free in libre translation software. :wink:
