save document dialogue option sequence

Hi folks,

I’m in the process of migrating from Win10 to Mint and am currently running dual boot. Version details below.

In Windows the calc/writer Save Document? option sequence is: Save, Don’t Save, Cancel

In Mint the sequence is: Don’t Save, Cancel, Save

No disasters yet but it’s only a matter of time.

Is there any way I can make the option sequence consistent?

For me it is the “Close” sequence, which asks what exactly to do and not the “Save Document” sequence. Anyway - my first assumption is, that you are using a version from your distribution and not the native version from http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/. Supporting this assumption is the fact that on my installation on my Linux system the sequence is “Save, Don’t Save, Cancel” (native installatation) as it is on Windows.

As far as I know, what you see is consistent with the OS conventions.

Apologies - I should have made it clear that I meant the ‘Save Document’ prompt during the close sequence.

I updated LO to 6.1.5.2 (details below) to match the Windows version, but it made no difference. It’s still Don’t Save, Cancel, Save. Perhaps I should just get used to it as I won’t be using the Windows version for much longer.
