Save file as Webex UCF format

Is it possible to save a file in the UCF format needed for use with Presentations in WebEx? I am finding directions for doing this with Microsoft Powerpoint, but would like to avoid the cost of Microsoft Office if possible.

We are using Version: 4.3.2.2 of LibreOffice on Windows 7.

It seems to be the best to first export your Impress file into to pdf and convert from there to ucf.

I am not finding any tools from WebEx that allow using adobe reader to save the files in the UCF format.
