Because all the time when I save I have to chenge the extension.

I think this needs to be done on a per file-type basis (Text document for Writer, Spreadsheet for Calc, Presentation for Impress, etc.) But the steps should be similar.
This example is for Writer
Tools > Options > Load/Save > General
In the section labeled Default File Format and ODF Settings, set the Document Type to the one you want to modify (for example, Text document).
Then in the Always save as drop-down box, select the format that you want. The default for Text document is ODF Text Document, but in your case you’d choose Microsoft Word 2007-2013 XML as your choice.
