Hello,
can you tell me if it’s possible to save changes made in an “inserted document” (part of a current document that was inserted using the command "Insertion/Document…/Naming the file to insert) or if we have to open in a different window the original document, modify and save it.

Documents inserted by Insert▸Document are embedded so the original document is not updated (changes can not be saved).
Another way to proceed is Insert▸Section ▸tick Link▸click Browse to select the file. The inserted document is only a link. Changes made in the original (linked) document are reflected.
