I am using Version: 6.3.6.2. I am having trouble with the file menu. When I try to “save as” in a different format [usually Word] or export as pdf the next window more often than not just does not open. If it does then when I select the destination the program crashes and offers to recover the current document. Can you help?
… and you are on which operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux)?
Did your already try tho test what happens, if running LibreOffice in Safe Mode (Help -> Restart in Safe Mode). If it works in Safe Mode, most probably your LibreOffice user profile is corrupt and needs to be reset to factory settings.
