Scan function does not work since upgrading to Libre Office 5.3.7.2

I used to scan images into the document files without problem but now when I press Request or Select Source no selection box opens and nothing happens.

Can be the issue in relation with Bug 114635 - In Writer 5.4.3.2 (x64)- Scanners not recognized , scan not working with x64 LibreOffice version on Windows.
