The mouse wheel scroll functionality is extremely slow in v26. It is ridiculous how long it takes to scroll through anything. What changes were made to Writer that screwed this up and how do I correct the ERROR that aids and abets this ERROR?
Since wheel scrolling is tightly related to OS functionality, edit your question to mention OS name, exact LO version (with at least four numeric components) and save format. Also the way you format your document has a huge impact on scroll performance: long paragraphs, i.e. use of line breaks instead of paragraph breaks, multi-column sections spanning several pages, tables with cells spanning several pages and, above all, direct formatting.
