I have installed ubuntu gnome 16.10 and it comes with 5.2.2 libreoffice.
When I try to scroll down using two fingers on the touch pad in writer, it jumps to the next screen (same action as pagedown)
This is pretty much useless to me and now I have to use the arrow keys to move up and down.
Please help.
That seems to be more a problem with your desktop environment than with LibO: for me, scrolling with two fingers on LibO running on top of KDE works without a problem.
I’m not familiar with gnome so I cannot tell you where to look, but check the touchpad configuration on your desktop settings.
